- How long does shipping take?
- Delivery typically takes between 24 and 48 hours after payment, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may arrive early the following week.
- Can I pick up my order at the store?
- Yes, you can choose the store pickup option. Just show your ID to at the store to collect your order.
- How do I pay for my purchase?
- You can pay securely through a link we’ll send you via WhatsApp using your credit or debit card. We also offer payment via Bizum on the same platform.
- Is home delivery free?
- Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €50. Orders under that amount will include a delivery cost of €3.95.
- What is the return policy?
- To return your purchase, simply request it directly through WhatsApp from the store where you placed the order. They will arrange for the courier to pick up the package. Once received by the store, your refund will be processed.
